Post birth bleeding/exercise

Are there any real risks to exercising “too” much “too early”?

We’re 1.5 weeks from birth and I started walking really as soon as I got home from the hospital. Keep in mind I was on crutches from 34 weeks to 39, so I’m eager to walk again. I’ve been walking 2x a day, lately at incline on the treadmill but not faster than 3 mph. Today I went from not really bleeding to bleeding thru pad, undies, shorts, and on the couch. It doesn’t hurt. I’m just curious if this is an issue for post-birth internal healing?
