22 weeks pregnant and I have a hemorrhoids

I’m 22 weeks pregnant and I have a hemorrhoid. I’ve had it since Saturday but the pain is not as bad as it was but I still feel it and it’s still there. Will it go away on its own ?? I called my doctor but she hasn’t called me back yet :/ help
