I’ve heard heart palpitations are generally pretty typical and are experienced due to the increased blood flow to support the growing baby. However, I feel like I’ve been experiencing them much more often at night. I’m already pretty breathless climbing stairs and I’m only 22 weeks along. I am planning to go see the Doctor tomorrow but what determines if these are normal or if I’m having them more than I should? Just curious if anyone has experience with this as I’m feeling more concerned about them.
