Anyone else feeling awful?

I'm 30 weeks and my nausea has returned, I'm having acid reflux , I am so exhausted but I can't sleep at night and I overall just don't feel good. Anyone else in the same boat ?

I’m 29+1 and I’m feeling it this last week. Feel exhausted all the time and just don’t feel 100%. I love that I’m pregnant but I just worry 24/7 with every headache etc that somethings wrong. If I didn’t have the anxiety I think I’d feel better haha
