lose 90 to have tubal reversal
im 5'9 and weigh 291 lbs as of oct 16. my hubby and i want to have a tubal reversal so we can ttc. the dr we found that we like the best says i need to be 230 lbs or less in order to have the surgery! any advice, tips or tricks to help lose the weight? i work as a cook 4 days a week so im already on my feet alot, ive cut out soda and fast food from my diet and i sub a protein shake for my last meal of the day.
