Wet spot in panties?

I know it’s normal to have excess discharge while pregnant but over the past week (I’m 29w5d) I’ve noticed some pretty big wet spots in my panties when i go to the restroom. I’ve had to change my panties multiple times a day due to this. It doesn’t smell like urine or anything really, it’s just watery discharge. Is this normal?

Yes, it’s normal. Start wearing a panty liner so you don’t have to change so much!

I'm not sure if it's normal but I've been having this too 😰 (28 weeks). I have taken to wearing panty liners because it's so dang annoying having wet underwear. I'm pretty sure it's discharge for me. One thing I've heard is that amniotic fluid "gushes" a little when you stand up so if you're not having that or filling up a panty liners in few hours, I would say it's all good. Do go get tested though if you get worried! Ahhh, third trimester joys.

Yes, I had to constantly change my panty liner b/c of feeling like I'd peed my pants.

Totally normal. My discharge has been increasing since week 25? It started feeling like gushes of liquid, wasn't sure if urine or discharge or something else. I called my doc just to make sure that I wasn't leaking fluids, and she did the litmus paper test and it was negative for amniotic fluid. 
Pantyliners are definitely your best friend. She told me if it were fluids, it would be a consistent leaking. 
But of course if you are concerned, it really won't hurt to get your doctor to check.

Same here. I’ve had to wear a pantyliner since I found out but sometimes that doesn’t help bc it seems to be up super high near my clitoris. 😬

Same thing happened to me.. turned out it was watery discharge which is normal. Doesn't hurt to get checked.
