TMI pic sorry

I am 9dpo Today and i couldn’t resist and knowing that it was early I tested it was negative 👎🏻 😞 but I have been having cramping, some nausea here and there, back pain , frequent urination, dizziness and I just noticed this 👇🏻👇🏻 🤷‍♀️ idk if I am just over looking at my Breast but dont it seems like the little dots ( don’t know the name are more bigger?) first picture was last night and bottom pic was this am.
