Maybe early pregnancy symptoms?
Sorry if it's TMI but I'm 9dpo and I am randomly getting this weird tingling sensations around my nipples, the only way I can explain it is the feeling you get when your leg or arm falls asleep. It comes and goes I'm not cold or anything. I've read a few things online and was jw if anyone who got a BFP had this happen. I'm due for AF 10/23
