Tiredness and little faint after shower?

Question

Just got out a hot shower and was feeling a little dizzy and faint, is that normal?
 I have to lay down and I'm taking more breathes and my hands are a little shaky
I usually take hot shower but this hasn't happen to me before.

maybe ur blood sugar or blood pressure or low irons . just lay down drink some water or eat candy and relax

it's because of the heat. just cool yourself doen and drink lots of water. you may be a bit iron deficient or dehydrated. women are the most incredible creatures on the planet and we should think of ourselves as such. if you feel tired or faint take care of yourself! hydrate and take time laying down! I hope u feel better beautiful

I've been experiencing this too, and a shortness of breath more so than normal when coming up to the third floor we live on. I've written it off as being dehydrated, but I've also started on iron supplement from Kroger. I didn't think about it being iron. I'd believe it could be blood sugar too, though because once at work early on I felt like I was gonna pass out because I Wasn't eating often enough. It's weird though I never had trouble with hot showers before me and my SO had to stop doing it in the shower because I got super light headed each time like I was gonna pass out and it was hard to breath! I just started talking cooler showers. Lol
