Success with TTC 2nd baby?

Hello all! Does anyone here have advice or success for having a 2nd baby with PCOS? I have an almost 2 year old after nearly 3 years TTC for him. He was eventually conceived on the 7th IUI along with meds and Accupuncture. We are just starting to try for baby #2 but my husband does not want to go through what we did with our son and so I am doing Accupuncture only this time. To make matters more complicated it seems my body is having every PCOS symptom under the sun right now - I have gained weight and my Periods are very irregular the last 4 months.

Anyone else in a similar boat?
