virtually no symptoms anyone else?

so this is my first pregnancy after being told i wouldnt have kids naturally and 8 years of trying and being accepted for IVF.. well im 11 weeks nearly and apart from the 7 positive pregnancy tests and the fact im huge i have no symptoms. iv only had one bout of nausea no food aversions no morning sickness no lots of peeing nothing. boobs are sore and nipples permanently hard but I was expecting sickness, food aversiobs ferling crappy.. nothing of the sort other than being huge. any one else have virtually no symptoms? i have booked a private scan for friday and praying all is ok.
