Curiosity

These past days I've been very ocupied to the point that I've been caught up with stuff that made me secure my urine for a long time. I know I shouldn't do this and it can cause urine infection, however a few days later I've been feeling a pain on the right lower abdomen and its not ovulation pain hence I've passed that period. Anybody ever experienced this pain, what was your diagnosis and how did you go about curing it? The insight will be really appreciated.
