Hand Foot and Mouth

Hi my baby came into contact with a child who was recovering from Hand Foot and Mouth(his doctor had said he was no longer contagious) and for the last 2 days she's been very hot headed(but not registering a fever) and off her food, last night she was very hard to settle. Her cheeks are red and slightly speckley as are her hands, and a few spots on her legs. She is for her very quiet albeit more wriggly. She has very full gums and at 11 months it could also be teething! Help what do I do? What does the start of HF&M; look like? Thanks in advance x
