Is telling your daughter to change because men are coming over perpetuating rape culture?

So I don’t know about y’all but growing up I have been in situations where I’ve been told to go change because a male is coming over (rather it’s a family friend, someone working on the house, a family member, etc). I’ve never really given a lot of thought about it until I came across this tweet:

What do you think? It’s telling your daughter to change because a male is coming over perpetuating rape culture or is it simply being realistic in the fact that you don’t know who is sexualizing your child and who isn’t?
