Vaginal Fungus HELP!

Hey guys, just wanted to ask for quick tips on how to get ride of vaginal fungus, it’s not yeast infection, there isn’t any milky smelly discharge or pain during peeing or sex. It’s like white rash that is spreading in public area. It’s itchy but no burning sensation. Is there any diy to fix this? I was recommended my doctor not to wear jeans or tights and also to avoid all kinds of feminine hygiene wash that I am so keen on using. I am just bit annoyed cuz I am a neat freak, what is causing this fungal infection. I always wash my lady bit at the end of the day with feminine wash and warm water. I am also not sexually active.
