I've had this a lot ! For the past week and a half I lost my plug ( which was brown blood in the mucas ) I lost that for a couple days then Monday I something similar to this came out but more blood and darker red but the blood was strung in mucas I called my doctor he wasn't worried about it , he

just told me to time my contractions if I start to have any ! I'm 39 weeks and I had all of this come out this morning after my morning pee . Does this mean labor will start soon ? If so how soon ? Im 3 1/2 cm dilated and 60% effaced!
