Just a sac at 6 weeks😓 anyone else not see a fetal pole at 6w? The tech said it's to early and to come back in 2 weeks, I'm not feeling good about this after an eptopic and then miscarriage last year omg!!! My hcg was rising good, I really thought I was going to see more than just a sac
