my son was head down and so low they could no longer measure his head at 28 weeks LOL . I carried to 40w.. it doesn't really mean anything. A baby can engage and disengage

I still haven't visually dropped but my doctor said her head is engaged (since 37 weeks). I was always told I looked like I was carrying high (people still say that) but never had too much pressure on my ribs or lungs, so yeah... I've never known what to make of all that.
