Implantation or period? Please help

Wiped this morning and this is what was on my toilet paper. 6 days until my period is suppose to come.. I hate that pregnancy signs and period signs are almost the same!

It could be either implantation or your period. The only way to know is to take a test, or if this doesn't continue into your normal period, wait until you miss your period to test :)
