would you say he cheated?

my hub told me hes going to pick up weed, he switched his undies, and fixed his hair. which i find it strange, cause he never does these things. anyways, he left at 6pm, the place hes picking up is an hr drive away. he didnt come home til 11 and told me he went to smoke weed w his cuz. he does have a lot of cousins but there are only a few he hangs with. fast forward to a mth, his cuz came to visit him, and i heard them talking about not seeing each other for 3yrs, and he was asking about the rest of his other cousins too. i have a feeling he was meeting up w a woman after he picked up his weed. he did cheated on his ex wife when she was pregnant. i just gave birth, and i feel like hes cheating on me like how he did to his ex. talked to him and he just got mad, making me the problem.
