how long does it take to miscarry?

hi after trying for my baby #3 for 2yrs it seems i have miscarriaged 💔😢 what i would like to know how long does it take to happen as ive been bleedinh bright red blood for 4 wks (started before i found out i was pregnant) been havinh labour pains and pain in my right side for the same amount, last anywhere between an hour and 5hrs i havent past any clots or tissue yet my last period was 8 sept started bleeding n the pain on the 22nd found out o was pregnant on the 28th and found out i was having miscarriage on the 14th, ive bled and been on pain all this test every day to make sure lines where getting darker which they were, just confused i guess to when my baby will pass and when the bleedinh will stop xx
