Biting!?!

My 11.5 month old has stared to really bite, I’m at my breaking point today when she bit me and actually left a mark! Any tips on getting her to stop biting?

With my sister (who I raised because her mother is a deadbeat) I would pop her mouth. Not hard enough to actually hurt her but enough for her to be like hey I don't like that. Or my aunt would bite her kids back.. but I didn't dare do that

When my son bites me I tell him No firmly and sit him down away from me just out of arm’s reach. He gets pretty upset about it. After about 30 seconds I pick him up and console me. He’s learning biting means I’m going to separate us for a little bit and he doesn’t want that, he rarely bites me anymore.

My first was a biter, it's a common stage they go through. We should flick her cheek also. We also tried reacting like she hurt you really bad and hurt your feelings and she didn't like that and she stopped real quick. But sometimes she would just laugh lol

Flick his cheek! Also, put something on your arms or wherever she usually bites you that is safe but tastes ross for them. She’ll stop real quick.

My son started biting at the same time,  sounds brutal, but every time he would bite I would flick his cheek, he stopped real quick!
