17, abortion, skyla

I am 17 almost 18 I had an abortion earlier this year, I had a copper iud at the time I found out. It failed they later found out because my uterus was too small for the copper iud. I had it in for about a year. the day I found out I was pregnant was the first day of morning sickness and I was sick the rest of the time I was pregnant. Anyways I tried the copper iud after I terminated and that's when they found out my uterus was too small for it. so I switched my birth control to skyla iud around june-ish I think maybe May and I'm just kind of nervous because my boobs are super sore and they've been like that for about a week and i haven't had that happen for that long. I am starting to get nauseous for no reason and headaches and my back hurts and I'm cramping and the cramping started two weeks about, before I got pregnant and I just want to know what people think. if it's the skyla or what thanks!
