Rugby or Track?????????

So, I'm a bigger girl. over the past XC season I've lost about 15 pounds. I played rugby last year instead of running track, and rugby is only 3 times a week and my team is kinda lazy so we don't do much. as a result, I gained weight last spring. i love love love rugby but I know it's not as active and I will improve my XC season if I do track but YOU GUYS. Rugby is so fun. but I want to be pretty :) and lose weight so idk. what should I do????? any advice?????
