SOS giant penis damage?

Hi quick question

I've had my iud for about a year now and in general I think it's great. However recently I have been struggling. When I first got it my sex life was pretty non existent but more recently I've started dating a guy and we have sex all the time. Before we started dating I wasn't having my period. Now I have had my period two times this month and I have awful cramps. I'm nervous that during sex he may heave moved it but i was hoping someone would have had a similar experience and could help ease my mind. I'm planning on making a dr appointment regardless but I know they won't be able to get me in for a while.
