milk?

how much milk are you guys giving your baby? I read on an article that they shouldn't drink more than 3 cups of milk a day but my son doesn't eat as much food as he should so I'm worried he's gonna be starving.

I do one cup of milk with breakfast then some yogurt with lunch & cottage cheese for dinner.  Plus all her other foods.  That way she gets her calcium

I give my son milk breakfast,lunch,snack,dinner also I give him some more before bed ( also I give him water in between) so I guess it's whatever you wanna do....I find reading stuff on line can be false babies need the milk the more the better they need the fat!

A cup at breakfast and a cup at dinner. I don't measure it out but my guess is it's about 6oz each. He sometimes wants more than that at dinner and I'll refill his cup. Other than that he drinks water throughout the day

None. Turned a year yesterday. Breastfed, 3 meals a day mostly veggies, some
grains, very little dairy, and very little meat. 25 lbs and 8 ounces. 96% very healthy and growing perfectly.

we have just lowered her formula intake as per pediatrician,  at today's 12 months appt. we are doing 3 solid meals a day, with 2 oz of water after.  one 8 oz sippy of formula  in the am, and one 8 oz sippy before bath time. 16 oz formula total, plus 6 oz water total. we are now switching from formula to organic whole milk. (slowly and gradually ) at today's visit she was 22 lbs and 33 inches long. 90th percentile for hight and 70th percentile for weight.

Did you breastfeed or formula? Im wondering about milk too. I’m still breastfeeding though and he has a pretty good diet. I gave him 1 oz of whole milk yesterday and he had the shits all day lol. Kinda scared to try more. I don’t know what to do 😩
