Diaper genie? Worth it ?

We got the diaper deko because it uses less bags and it's just more affordable. I LOVE it! I don't have time to toss every diaper outside. And I agree that the diapers don't really smell in the beginning, but once they start eating solids, it's not like they instantly stop using diapers. There's a good year and a half that your house will smell like dump unless you have a good container with a solid and very secure lid. I use soggy bags when we are out and about, but I mean they are no friend to the environment. Using a separate bag for every single diaper (when they go through like 5-10 diapers per day) just seemed like too much for me. I know I'm the only one commenting this, but I love my diaper deko! It doesn't smell, the baby can't get into it like a normal garbage, and saves me the hassle of going outside with every single diaper change.

I love it. On days where we were out of liners and tossed a diaper in the regular trash you could definitely smell it walking into the room. My 15 month old still poops multiple times a day. I'm not running outside every time! We don't splurge a lot but for us this is one thing we will spend money on.

Baby poop doesn’t really stink until they start eating solids. Just put it in a little bag, tie it up and take it out with the trash.

We bought a trash can with a lid for baby rooms and is works way better, I hate the diaper genie it stinks it’s hard to change it’s not that awesome!

Just take a few extra steps and toss it outside. No need to waste money on a can full of shit sitting in your house. Lol. I find it to be one of those things and company came up with so first time moms would spend all their money on stupid crap.
