Is it a stupid idea to have a baby shower on a friday night? I will only be in town to visit family for one week, and I'm trying to have my shower sometime that week. As for planning I'll be doing most of it but would still like my bff to help since she's in that state and could help with a venue and things like that. Problem is.. she works on Saturday the day I was originally going to have it. So she wouldn't be able to attend or help plan. And so my husband suggested Friday at 7 pm but I'm not sure if people will show up if I do that. What would you guys do?
