FTM here, due 11/14

I have bad knees and am really dreading having to go up and down the stairs to the nursery all day with a newborn... so far I have a changing station upstairs in the nursery and one downstairs, any other ideas to make our lives easier??

Starting to feel like I need two of everything 🤔

We put together this second changing area downstairs with a metal shelf we had lying around the garage. I have a feeling most of his day to day clothes /necessities are going to end up in this small area while his nursery goes unused 😩 really wishing I had a one story house!
