Types of food I can eat ?

Is it okay to eat slim Jim’s when your pregnant ? I only ate two is that bad I don’t wanna hurt my baby.

I stopped paying attention to those lists, Ive been pregnant 3x and each time there is more added.  I just use common sense and my gut instincts, like soft cheese turns my stomach, no undercooked meats, i wont eat anything after 2 days in fridge(like leftovers), no sushi.  I still eat beef jerky, i eat fresh deli meat, I pretty much eat anything, I listen to my bodies signals though.  If something grosses me out, i stear clear. I guess I just follow my instinct.

Yeah eat what you want but don’t be surprised when people are rude about certain things. I almost fought the lady at Dublin Doughnuts who tried to tell me she would only sell me decaf because pregnant women can’t have caffeine 🙄

yes you can eat them and you can buy a box of the small slim Jim's at walmart and it has like 46 of them in there and I didn't even pay attention but ate half the box 😂

I basically just stay away from raw meat and deli meat. I pretty much ignore the other stuff unless it makes me feel sick.
