I don't like the feeling of the first trimester it changed my whole mood and made me depressed .... Am I alone in this?

I broke down one night because I wasn’t sure I’d be able to make it 40 weeks feeling how I was feeling. You are not alone. I think pregnancy is often romanticized when it can be quite awful. I have to say, almost at the 2 trimester mark, I am finally feeling normal-ish again.

Nope I am miserable. And I feel so guilty for not just feeling happy and blessed. And my first pregnancy I felt great so...ugh.

crazy hormones are awful. it gets better as you get through all the crazy stress and worry that the 1st tri brings. and if it doesnt as 2nd and 3rd tri come please talk to your doctor so you can keep on top of potential issues.
