Just looking for some honest feedback. I am 39 years old and currently not on any form of birth control. I am looking to balance my cycle as it’s been irregular for about 2 years now. Doctors say I am not in peri menopause. I heard horror stories about NuvaRing so if anyway as tried it what has been your experience? If you haven’t what are some natural ways to regulate periods.
