PRE-PERIOD CRAMPS FROM HELL
This has happened like every few months to me and I hate it. I'm hit with a wave of bad cramps and I feel like I'm gonna explode / poo / throw up. I was in the fetal position in my room just like ayy fuck lmao. I'll probably get my period tomorrow. Always get it a day after a cramps thing like this! So weird
Does this happen to anyone else?
