Mother in law troubles!

Little backstory: My mother in law thinks it's unfair that our son (2 months old) has sleepovers at my parents house more than hers, but the truth is that I don't feel comfortable with my son going to her house for numerous reasons! First off, she lives in the middle of nowhere, with the closest town being 30 minutes away. She doesn't have good cell phone service, so in the case of an emergency it would be hard to reach her. She has numerous animals in her house including big dogs, lizards and snakes. She doesn't have good drinkable water because it's an old farm house, therefore she won't wash my sons clothing or make bottles. She complains that she's too broke to go and buy diapers or formula to keep at her house, and I have to supply everything. When she brings him back, I get a bag full of empty bottles and dirty clothing. And most concerning of all, her boyfriend sells pot out of the house, and has people coming in and out all day. I'm not talking about a little bit, I'm talking about a lot...I don't want to seem unfair to her and cause a fight, but I feel concerned about my sons safety. Am I wrong for feeling this way? ):
