Am I Irregular or Regular ??

before the Depo Provera shot i got my menstrual cycle every months my cycle lengths were every 28 days . I was Depo Provera for like 1 1/2 years before I got off . My first cycle was in March , I think i skipped a cycle in may had 2 cycles in July but In August i started calculating my cycles and it came every 32 days . This month it was suppose to come on the 24th but Instead it came on yesterday the 20th. and i calculated it and from last month cycle to this cycle and it's 28days . Am I Irregular or Regular ?? i'm confused ! please help !!
