really really really bad cramps
hey ladies,
so I have a little problem.
OK, it started as a little problem and now it's a considerably bigger one.
My period had always been pretty regular and pretty easy. Never really had symptoms, cramps, or anything. Occasionally cramps, but they were normally okay if I wasn't standing too much (so work sometimes hurt but I survived)
I've been on exchange this year and since just before I left (like 2 or 3 months) it has been really irregular. I'll have 10 day periods, then 4 day periods, a 2 week cycle then a 6 week cycle.
I didn't worry too much because it's pretty normal for exchange students to have that at the start.
It got a bit more regular again, being a normal-ish cycle length. It's still hard to know and it stresses me out, but it's way more normal.
Except that in the last year I have started getting worse symptoms.
I don't care so much about being emotional. I can even handle the acne. And the bloating.
The one thing I cannot do are the cramps.
They just keep getting worse and worse and I get shooting pains that stop me from moving and then I get slow onset cramps that take over my whole abdomen, starting from the left, and it feels like I'm dying.
I was like "I'll wait til I get home. I'll be fine" but it keeps getting worse and I don't know why and I just wanna know what to do (doctor ofc) but like any home methods or anything ? and has anyone else has this problem?
