Early pregnancy symptom?

Hey guys I know this might sound strange but every cycle after ovulating my boobs get extremely sore. But this cycle just my nipples are sore and my boobs seem a little bigger. Also I've been having slight cramps on my left side and my back has been killing me and I've been sleeping ALOT. I'm around 8/9 dpo is it possibly early symptoms?

I’m the exact same apart from I’m 7 DPO, I’ve never had this with my nipples before, they are so sore/sensitive to touch, I tested today but negative. Hopefully someone can give us an insight to what it could be

it could be early pregnancy...it could be early PMS...it could be changing reaction to ovulation....  only time and pregnancy tests will tell
