10 Weeks - Bloated or Showing Baby?

First picture is at 6 weeks and my normal self, second is at 10 weeks. When my weight fluctuates or I bloat, I normally get wider.. not round like this. I miscarried/had a chemical pregnancy at 6 weeks three months ago. This is my first pregnancy with an ultra sound/past 8 weeks.
