I normally have a good pain threshold however in the past week I've been getting sharp tummy pains , severe back ache and hip pain. I literally could cry I'm not sleeping at all so I'm totally running on empty. I saw my dr during the week and she said it's just one of those things ! I'm 36 wks and seriously struggling with the idea of putting up with this for another 4 wks! My dp keeps telling me to focus on the end goal and that it's almost over but it seems to be going on forever !!
