TMI but I need advice 😳

So way too much info i know but my husband and I have been trying to conceive on and off since I had a miscarriage in July. So we had some pretty rough and playful intercourse tonight after going on a much needed date and now I’m in major pain when I try to walk or do anything other than sit on my left side in my abdomen region. Anyone have ideas what it might be? I don’t wanna google because it will probably tell me I have cancer or I’m dying haha. Just thought I’d throw it out there. Thanks in advance guys!
