Mine--
Right before you start pushing they pull down these gigantic lights out of the ceiling.
That you can be a full 10cm dilated and your water still not break on its own
That it doesn't hurt at all for your water to be broken by the doctor (in my experience) this was something I feared. No epidural
That it's actually really hard to push for 10 seconds straight I'm someone who is in good shape.
That you need someone there to breathe with you through contractions. When I had one without hubs or my mom helping me slow down my breathing, the pain seemed 10x worse
