Help please

By 10 week old pup is shivering and throwing up stomach acid I thought after her first vaccines she was probably just not feeling good and also thought she was eating her food too fast and throwing it up now her belly is empty and she is throwing up stomach acid my vets closed till Monday . Any advice ? Worried about my baby
