Would you be okay with your partner keeping their tinder account? (Didn't pause it, but rarely uses it)

Just found out my boyfriend kept his tinder account even though we've been together for a year. I confronted him about it and he let me sign in and saw he only talked to 4-5 girls (it was all small talk, nothing intentional and most of them I can tell were actually his friends talking to them) and then I went ahead and paused his account and asked him to promise never to do something like this again.

He said he kept it because it was like a type of security for him, since I broke up with him before. Everything it fine between us now since we talked it out, but I can't help but still think about it. How do you guys feel about it? Has this ever happened to you before?
