I’m worried :/

So I hit my 7 weeks and I have not had any type of MS I feel crazy for wanting it to appear but I’m worried with my first son I already had it and like crazy ! With this baby I just feel really tired and sore boobs right now I’m terrified of going through a miscarriage or going to our appointment next week and them telling me they can’t find a heart beat ...... I feel so uneasy . I also keep having nightmares I wake up and that’s there blood all over my pants .... I feel a little crazy is all I’m just so worried .
