my SIL and her gf want to have a child but <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> has failed 2x now for her gf.

they started to look into adoption, while remaining optimistic about getting pregnant.

however, when they contacted an adoption agency, (I don't really want to say which one, bc Idk if i should) -they were met with a lot of subtle hesitation and aunderlying discrimination. remarks towards their relationship. and how it'll be difficult (the process) and how they may not fit the average desired family.

has anyone else went the adoption route? was it harder bc of your relationship?

I'm just trying to support my SIL, so I thought id ask others how to best do that, bc I cant personally understand how she (they) feel, bc I've carried and birthed 4 children without facing the same hardships.

also, has anyone struggled then became successful with fertility treatments?
