Hey ladies...I know some women love their curves and I know my husband loves mine...I'm just not comfortable in my own skin....I now weigh about 235 pounds and for whatever reason I'm having some trouble losing weight...I would like to get down to 200 pounds and then really try to get to around 180...I just need some ladies that can help me with exercise advice...I am 31 years old with 2 little boys one 3 years old and one 9 months old and yes I am breastfeeding him...can any ladies give me some exercise tips and advice please....I would greatly appreciate all the help I can get....Thank you ladies in advance....
