It's been two hours!! 😩😩

My LO is about two weeks old- we have had pretty regular feedings every 3 hours... today- starting at 4:30 he has not gotten off my breast! I know there is nothing left in either because he has blasted through them but he does not want to get off and just when I think he has fallen asleep and unlatched he freaks out and starts nuzzling my breast again like he's hungry--- pacifiers aren't working rocking isn't working. I don't know what to do and I'm starting to feel a lot of pain from the sucking-- help!
