First off sorry about my make up counter !! Dirty stained (yuk) okay

So a little about me I had my first son unplanned at 21 healthy nothing wrong perfect ! Got put on the arm implant birth control has sooo many issues .. got it taken out last year so me and my husband can have another not that I’m gunna be 26 ! 7 months ago my period was almost 2 months late went take a preg test at my drs came out negative went do a ultrasound where I was diagnosed with pcos. Heart breaking mad at life.. basically wanted to stop trying and focus on our kids and life that we had .. well last month I notice my little boy will be starting school next year and don’t want to be a stay at home mom with no kid all day .. so we trying I got to my year check up notice my period was a day late so we did a preg test at dr office and pap . Well still didn’t get my labs back.. so went buy some preg test .. got this from it ... I took one this morning it came out negative ... now I’m really mad !! I don’t understand .... can someone tell me why? I’m getting mixed feelings. And having every preg symptom in the world.. btw for my little boy I took preg test 2 weeks after my missed period it came out negative then I took another one 1.5 months after missed period and finally got positive they say it’s bc of my Hormone levels ! So please helppp !
