First month letrozole, dexamethasone, and first iui

Anyone else been on letrozole, dexamethasone and had iui success or just advice? I was diagnosed with pcos in August and this is our first month trying with meds and iui. I am also scheduled to take a trigger shot once my doctor gives the ok!
