I think you should tell your husband as soon as you find out; beyond that, I don't think there's a "should" for taking family, it's all down to what you feel comfortable with based on your relationship with the family members in question.

Im 22 weeks and still havent told half my family!

My husband and I are gonna wait till we are 13weeks due to some potentially cancerous cells my gp found a day before I got my positive 😒 going in tomorrow to check and make sure we are in the clear and good to continue. Plus at 13weeks it'll be Christmas. What better a surprise then bam "new grand baby" 😂😊
